Chambers Nicholson

Chemist and dye manufacturer. We found this man in : Born in Lincoln as Edward Chambers Nicholson. 1845 became one of the first students at the Royal College of Chemistry. 1853 he formed a partnership with his fellow students Maule and Simpson. 1861 he was living with his wife and sister in Kennington.  by 868 he was quite a wealthy man and retired from business. Original member of the Society of the Chemical Industry and a fellow of the Institute of Chemistry. Died at home, Carlton House, Herne Hill.
