Convent of the Holy Child Jesus

The Roman Catholic Society of the Holy Child Jesus was founded in a Convent in Derby on 13 October 1846 by US-born Cornelia Connelly (1809 - 1879) and three colleagues. The Convent of the Holy Child Jesus occupied 11-14 Cavendish Square, 1889 -1969.
