Councillor Enos Smith

Councillor Enos Smith

Member of the Electric Lighting and Tramways Committee, West Ham, 1905.

In a we found reference to Smith being Chair and losing his post in that November.

Our image comes from  captioned 'First West Ham Borough Council, 1886-7'. This 'Councillor F. Smith' may not be our man our man, but we can find no other Smiths in the Council around this time so we are betting it's a typo.
