London borough. Formed from the former Metropolitan Borough of Battersea and much of the former area of the Metropolitan Borough of Wandsworth.
Received his CBE in 2008, former Suffolk CC chief executive and current Westminster City Council top officer. We're guessing this is man who contributed to the Olivier statue.
Chairman of the Lewisham Group Hospital Management Committee in 1958.
