Prime Minister 1916–1922. Born in Manchester to Welsh parents who returned to Wales that same year, where he was brought up. From 1923 until at least 1936 he supported Nazi Germany, admiring Hitler's leadership. A Liberal politician, he is our only Welsh PM so far, though Neil Kinnock came close.
