Walter Francis Montagu Douglas Scott. Also had the title: 7th Duke of Roseberry. One of the Commissioners for the Great Exhibition, 1951.

Born Dalkeith House, Midlothian. Died at Bowhill, Selkirk. Inherited extremely wealth. He has a statue on the Royal Mile in Edinburgh.
