Sculptor. born Scotland. Known as Harry. Served inWW1 first in the army as a trooper, then in the Royal Flying Corps, then in the Royal Naval Air Service which became the Royal Air Force. So he served in all three services - an uncommon occurrence. At the end of war he gained many commissions for war memorials. Died Swindon.
In 2000 his maquette from the early 1950s was used as the basis for the memorial to the Royal Tank Regiment.
