Golders Hill Park

From : "Golders Hill House, originally an 18th-century house, and its grounds were bought by the London County Council in 1898 for use as a public park by the people of London. The house was destroyed in 1940 {the Blitz}."

From   "Additions to the park in the early-20th century include sports grounds, a bandstand and a deer enclosure. A walled garden, now with some exotic planting, survives from the earlier period. The café stands on the site of the house."

Now managed by the City of London.
