Halsey Ricardo

Architect in the Arts and Crafts style, and designer. Born Bath. Worked for 10 years with William de Morgan and specialised in using glazed materials. Work in London includes: Debenham (or Peacock) House at 8 Addison Road, Listed Grade I; 57 Melbury Road; 117 Old Church Street, where the plaque is. Descended from a brother of David, and father of Harry and Anna. Died Cambridgeshire.

We found the image on Google+ and it's supposed to be Ricardo in 1895.
