Harland & Wolff - Galleon's Point

Shipbuilders, ship repairers and engineers with an address in Woolwich Manor Way, but it was an extensive site. We think it was bounded by, clockwise: Woolwich Manor Way, Albert Road, Barge House Road, The Thames, the south entrance to Albert Dock. gives more information about Harland & Wolff's activities in North Woolwich and other London sites.

The site is now occupied by Galleons Point, a housing estate built in 2003 by Fairview developers.

The company Harland & Wolff was founded in Belfast in 1861.

We searched but could not find an image of the gates in their original location.
