Jason Frederick Welch

One of 4 friends of Paul Dunne, who were killed in a car crash on the approach to the Blackwall Tunnel, on the way to the funeral.

Jason Frederick Welch was born on 28 November 1972. His birth was registered in the 4th quarter of 1972 in the London City Registration District. His mother's maiden name was Taylor.

He died, aged 18 years, on 10 May 1991. His death was not registered until October 1991 in the Tower Hamlets Registration District, Greater London, where the register confirms his date of birth as 28 November 1972.

He is shown as 'JASON WELCH' on the Hoxton Five memorial plaque in the Hoxton Trust Community Garden, Hoxton Street, London, N1.
