Johannah Bailey

Died when hit by a van at about 11am on a Summer Sunday. Cycling to Tooting Bec Lido she had just turned into Cavendish Road, between the junctions of Abbeville Road and Englewood Road, when she was struck by Andrei Dulgher's van. The trial concluded at Inner London Crown Court on 19 July 2013 and the driver was cleared of two charges of causing death by dangerous driving.
