Architect. He worked principally in London for the Congregationalists, and designed the Congregational Memorial Hall. Other work in London includes: Whitfield Tabernacle, Horbury Chapel school, Brotherhood Church in Southgate Road.
His son Frederick William succeeded him in the practice.
