Lady District Superintendent in the St John Ambulance Brigade, No. 1 District Metropolitan Corps, 1899-1922. Honorary Serving Sister in the Order of St John.

On its this photo is captioned: "Lady Alice Maud Bootle-Wilbraham, O.B.E. (22 June 1861-Oct 28 1922). Daughter of the , Lady Alice was awarded an O.B.E. in 1920 for her work during WW1 as the District Superintendent, St John's Ambulance Brigade, London District."

The entry on the St John Ambulance Brigade board gives her name as "Wilbraham, The Lady A. Maud B."
