Died as a result of serving in the Russian War 1854-6. 23rd Fusiliers.  gives: "Lieutenant Reginald Hugh Somerville - killed in the attack on the Redan - 8th September 1855 Aged 19 (ref The Times). Son of Revd. William Somerville, rector of Barford, Warwickshire. Listed on the Cheltenham Crimea Memorial. First Brigade, Light Division cemetery - "Reginald H. Somerville Lieutenant XXIII R.W. Fusiliers killed before the Redan Sebastopol 8th September 1855 aged 20."
