Irish political, community and gay rights activist. Born Oldham but grew up in Northern Ireland. With his friend Mike Jackson he formed and raised funds for the Lesbians and Gays Support the Miners support group at the 1984 Lesbian and Gay Pride march. Died with HIV at Guy's Hospital.
