One of the managers of the 1873-75 changes at Aske’s Hospital. Very strange form of his name but we found another reference at : "In Portsoken, there is a vacancy, consequent upon the retirement of Mr. Deputy Hora, after thirty years service...". Not really clear what he was deputy of.
