This lady is surely the wife of the Rev. Robinson Whittaker of the London Mission.

From a : At a meeting in Rivercourt Church, Hammersmith: "The Rev. Robinson Whittaker, Secretary of the Methodist London Mission, who in a fervent speech which profoundly stirred the congregation, pleaded for the return of The Army's militant note to all sections of the Christian Church and  pledged Methodism to support The Army with its prayers and co-operation."
