Neil Robin Wright

United Kingdom citizen who died in the terrorist attacks in America on 11 September 2001.

Neil Robin Wright was born on 28 May 1971 and his birth was registered in the Havering registration district. His mother was Mary Wright née Mason and he had a younger sister, Samantha Debbie Wright whose birth was registered in Thurrock, Essex in 1975.

On leaving school he was employed by Barclays Bank in their securities division at 168 Fenchurch Street, London EC3, before moving to the money-brokers M. W. Marshall (UK) Ltd at 155 Bishopsgate, London EC2. He finally was employed by Cantor Fitzgerald in London and lived at Chafford Hundred, Grays, Essex.

In 1996 he transferred to the Cantor Fitzgerald offices in New York, USA,  and it was in Mahwah, Bergen County, New Jersey, USA, that he married Trudie Freeman on 27 July 1996. They had two children, Daniel and Jack, but the marriage did not last and when they divorced he was granted full custody of the children. His mother went to America to assist him in looking after them.

He died, aged 30 years, on 11 September 2001 in his office on Floor 105, North Tower, 1 World Trade Centre, Manhattan, New York, USA.
