Ojara Kalu Ikeagwu

Ojara Kalu Nweke was born on 22 November 1948 in Nigeria. In 1969 she married Dr Okorafor K. Ikeagwu and they went on to have three children. The young family moved to England in 1976, settling in Luton, Bedfordshire.

Electoral registers in 1977 show her husband listed at Luton and Dunstable Hospital, Lewsey Road, Luton, LU4 0DZ, whilst they are both registered at 58 Pennine Avenue, Luton, LU3 3EH. The 1978 registers show them both at 8 Lewsey Road, Luton, LU4 0EW, but in the 1979 and 1980 registers they and a Chiowa Nweke are shown at 91 Eldon Road, Luton, LU4 0AY. In the 1981 registers all three are listed 73 Lewsey Road, Luton, LU4 0EN and from 1983 to 1986 they are shown at 31 Lime Avenue, Luton, LU4 0EG.

She was a social worker employed by the London Borough of Hounslow and her obituary can be found on the .

She died, aged 56 years, on 7 July 2005 when travelling in the underground tunnel of the Piccadilly Line on the London Underground Railway between King's Cross and Russell Square underground stations that was targeted by a suicide bomber. The narrative verdict of her death can be found on the .
