Paul Gilbey

United Kingdom citizen who died in the terrorist attacks in America on 11 September 2001.

Paul Stuart Gilbey was born on 31 July 1962 and his birth was registered in the Edmonton registration district. He was the son of Edward Gilbey and Judith A. Gilbey née Birch.

In 1987 he married Jane V. Page in Brentwood, Essex and they had one daughter, Hannah Jane E. Gilbey b.1990, whose birth was registered in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. Whilst she was still a baby her parents divorced.

He moved to America where he married his second wife, Deena, and they had two sons, Max and Mason. They lived in Chatham, New Jersey, USA and he was a vice president of Euro Brokers.

He died, aged 39 years, on 11 September 2001 in the company's offices on the 84th Floor, South Tower, 2 World Trade Centre, Manhattan, New York, USA.
