Paul Head

Paul Andrew Charles Head.

He was the son of Charles R. Head (b.1933) and Mary I. Head née Lamonby (b.1933) and his birth was registered in the Newbury, Berkshire, registration district.

In October 1988 he married Victoria M. Phillips in the Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, registration district.

The Founding Chairman of the Bernie Grant Arts Centre Partnership, he had held this post from 2004 until his death. He had also been principal of the College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London since 2009, and its predecessor, the College of North East London, since 2002.

Electoral registers from 2003 to 2008 show him listed at 18 Scarborough Road, London N4 4LT. He had battled cancer and died, aged 54 years, on 17 September 2014.
