Richard John Page was born on 25 June 1959, the son of Arnold J. Page (b.1933) and Janet M. Page née Barrett (b.1941). His birth was registered in 3rd quarter of 1959 in the Ipswich registration district, Suffolk.
He died aged 39 years and his death was registered in March 1999 in the Gipping and Hartismere registration district, Suffolk.
