Roger Hunt

Footballer. Born in Golborne, Lancashire. He played for Liverpool and Bolton Wanderers and was in the winning England team in the 1966 World Cup. He was made a Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) in 2000.

He died, aged 83 years, on 27 September 2021. His page, and gives details of his life.
