Simon Maddison

United Kingdom citizen who died in the terrorist attacks in America on 11 September 2001.

Simon Percy Maddison was born on 28 March 1961 the son of Peter John Mddison (1926-2005) and Violet Margaret Maddison née Ridge (1925-1997). His birth was registered in the Epping, Essex, registration district and he grew up in Harlow, Essex.

He moved to America in 1991 where he married his wife, Maureen, and they had three children, Caileigh, Kyle and Sydney and they lived in Florham Park, New Jersey, USA.

He was employed as a software consultant for the eSpeed division of Cantor Fitzgerald and it was in their offices that were on Floors 101-105, North Tower, 1 World Trade Centre, Manhattan, New York, USA,  that he died, aged 40 years, on 11 September 2001.
