Probate was granted to three of his sons: Jonathon Hutchinson FRCS (1859-1933), Llewellyn Hutchinson (1865-1932) a printer, Roger Jackson Huchinson FRCS (1867-1950), and to a son-in-law Allen Chandler (1849-1926). His effects totalled £92,269-18s-6d.
