Sir Owen Williams

Engineer. Born Evan Owen Williams. He was appointed chief consulting civil engineer to the British Empire Exhibition in Wembley. Later he was the principal engineer for the Gravelly Hill Interchange (better known as 'Spaghetti Junction').
