Rock band. One of the most acclaimed and influential 'mod' groups. Their hit songs included 'Itchycoo Park', 'Lazy Sunday' and 'All or Nothing'. In the 'mods and rockers' rivalry of the 1960s, they were idolised by the mods, but reviled by the rockers, who re-christened them the 'Small Faeces'.

The 'ie' spelling of Jodie/Jody does seem to be consistently used by women. But really we are not certain that this photo shows the Jodie White referenced on the plaque.
