Theresa Helen Hall was born in 1953, the fourth of the nine children of John Francis Hall (b.1928) and Joyce Hilda Hall née Woolf (b.1928). Her birth was registered in the 3rd quarter of 1953 in the Shoreditch Registration District, London.

She was killed, aged 21 years, in the Moorgate tube disaster. Her death was registered in the 2nd quarter of 1975 in the London City Registration District where her date of birth was listed as 'unknown'.

She was in the London Borough of Newham.
