We thank Jay Dae-Su Vega for permission to use this picture from his where we learn that Holland was a barrister. Thence we found where we learn that Holland was the fifth son of Thomas H. of Bolton-le-Moors, Lancs, retired superintendent, Lancashire constabulary. He was admitted in 1896 and called to the bar on 26 January 1899 (aged 40 if we are reading the source correctly). Chelsea Town Clerk c.1908.
