Co-overseer of the Westminster Union workhouse in 1826.

At the we find, in 1802, Charles Whittingham as co-overseer of St. Andrew's workhouse in Shoe Lane.

And sometime 1881–1891 a W. B. Whittingham retired after 10 years as chairman of a Walthamstow local board concerned with workhouses. From .

Either or both of these could be our Whittingham.
