Plaque

Christ Church School - Kendall

Erection date: 2003

Inscription

Christ Church Primary School. Rebuilt 2003. Anna Kendall, Headteacher.
As many hands build a house, so many hearts make a school.

The quotation comes from a school morning prayer much quoted on the net but we could find no source.

Site: Christ Church School - SW3 (3 memorials)

SW3, Christchurch Street

We'd guess that the buildings either side of this pedestrian area were designed to be symmetrical, but the one on the left of our picture has been rebuilt, larger. The left-most plaque (enlargement) is out of our picture but can be seen on the page for the school itself. The right-most plaque is for Earl Cadogan.
