1983 This building replaces the two houses 12 & 14 Folgate Street that were originally built on this site in 1724.

Folgate Street was known as White Lion Street until 1938.  On the south side of the street number 10, two houses to the left (east) of 12 and 14, is , and if you've not visited - go!

2015: Norton Folgate and the few little streets in this area is at risk of redevelopment.   The magnificent tells all, with lots of photos.  On another post has photos of this area from the mid-seventies vs. today.
