Interestingly inventive apostrophe placement.
The barrow in the image references the plot of the film/musical which is partly set in the working class area, notable for its street market.
The faces in the mural suggest that they are portraits but we cannot identify them.

We've numbered these murals clockwise starting at the north-east corner of this unnamed open square. Presumably built to be a vibrant community space, lined with useful shops. Perhaps a name would have helped?
