London Bridge - at Kew Gardens

The bevelling work on the stone's edge provides supporting evidence that it has been retained following the demolition of a building.

Site: London Bridge - at Kew Gardens (1 memorial)

TW8, Kew Gardens

Not all of London Bridge went to Arizona. Four of the surplus granite blocks were taken by Kew Gardens, intended for a place where water birds could feed, and here they are supporting a bench where humans can picnic.
