The Belcher plaque is on the stone in the foreground of our photo, and the St Mark's cairn and WW2 memorials behind it.

An information map/board gives us "Charles Lamb was born in 2 Crown Office Row in 1775."
This plaque replaced the one for Eric Morecambe on his own.
Seems likely the plaques were put up when the side wings were added, in 1865-6.
