Eva Hubback, born 1886.
An early English feminist and suffragette, Eva became Principal of Morley College in 1927. She was also President of the National Union of Equal Citizenship and was elected to the London County Council.

These mosaics are on the Maufe 1937 extension to Morley College, all that remains of the pre-WW2 buildings.
