Plaque

Paddington Town Hall

Inscription

Under the Westway adjacent to this plaque once stood the parish vestry of 1853 and later town hall of the Metropolitan Borough of Paddington 1900 - 1965.
Westminster City Council
Paddington Works

The plaque is actually round the corner from Hermitage Street on the un-named slip road from Harrow Road, where the normal rules about parking on the pavement apparently don't apply.
