Quaid i Azam Mohammed Ali Jinnah, 1876 - 1948, founder of Pakistan stayed here in 1895.
London County Council 

Jinnah had come to London to study Law at Lincoln's Inn between 1892 and 1896. A register of readers at the British Museum confirms that he was here in February 1895. The Pakistan High Commissioner, Mr Mohammed Ikramullah, unveiled the plaque.
