Leigh Hunt and Charles Keene memorial

The presence of this memorial here is explained by : Hunt "lived for the last six years of his life at 7 Cornwall Road (now 16 Rowan Road)". And Keene "lived at 112 Hammersmith Road from 1887-91, this property does not exist any more."

The blue plaque is next to the lower right window of the building, and the foundation stone is on the right of the doorway. The Hunt and Keene memorial is around the corner in Pennard Road.

High at the right of the building is a date plaque: 1895, and above the entrance: Passmore Edwards Public Library.
