Sir Osbert Sitwell

Inscription

Park Lane Group
Sir Osbert Sitwell Bt CH, author and essayist, lived here, 1919 - 63.

Wondering why the Park Lane Group, a musical charity, should erect this plaque we discovered that Sir Osbert's nephew, Francis Sitwell, was at one time chairman of the Park Lane Group.
