The bust over the main door depicts Sir Simon Milton (1961 - 2011) Deputy Mayor of London 2008 - 2011, Leader of Westminster City Council 2000 - 2008, Chairman of the Local Government Association 2007 - 2008, who lived on this site 1985 - 1989.

Unveiled by Boris Johnson.
