Tottenham and West Green - Windrush

Erection date: 23/6/1998

Inscription

{On a rectangular panel with a jigsaw puzzle:}
Windrush BBC

{Below the panel:}
Windrush 1948 - 1998
This rose garden is dedicated to the peoples from the Caribbean who have settled in Haringey.
Officially opened 23rd June 1998.

It looks familiar but we cannot determine the significance of the jigsaw puzzle emblem, nor whether BBC refers to the British Broadcasting Corporation.
