Benjamin James Walker

United Kingdom citizen who died in the terrorist attacks in America on 11 September 2001.

Benjamin James Walker was born on 2 August 1960 in Buckinghamshire and his birth was registered in Aylesbury. He was the second child and the only son of David Walker and Mary Walker née Brown. His sisters were Jane L. Walker (b.1956), Ruth Ellen Walker (b.1966) and Anne Marie Walker (b.1968).

He attended Ashfold School at Dorton House, Dorton, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire until he was aged 13 years when his education continued at St Edward's School, Oxford.

On 30 September 1989 he married Laura Kenny in Queens, New York, USA and they had three children, Henry, Christopher and Samantha.

Besides being an insurance broker for the Marsh & McLennan Group he was a football coach for the Hal Block Soccer League and the Ramapo Little League and he died, aged 41 years, on 11 September 2001 whilst in his company's offices that were located on Floors 93-100, North Tower, 1 World Trade Centre, Manhattan, New York, USA.
