Patricia Land

Andrew Behan has kindly provided the following research: Patricia Land was born on 20 September 1937. She was the daughter of Joseph and Betty Land and the 1939 England and Wales Register shows her living at home at 183 Park Road, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. She was injured when the last V2 rocket to fall in Kingston exploded near her home at 2.35pm on 22 January 1945 and died, aged 7 years, later that day at Kingston County Hospital, Galsworthy Road, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. She is also commemorated in the Civilian War Dead Roll of Honour, located just outside the entrance to St George's Chapel at the west end of Westminster Abbey, London.
