This information is confirmed on the . The birth of an Adam Lee Cornish was registered in April 1991 in the Enfield Registration District, Greater London. The maiden name of his mother was recorded as Fulton.

Having lived in South Woodford, London, for 20 years, she died, aged 46 years, on 26 December 2004 on the Thailand island of Koh Phi Phi.
