Stephen Eichhorn, born Manchester, is a fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, the Institute of Physics and the Institute of Materials, Minerals, and Mining. A co-opted member of the Windrush Commemoration Committee.

Has a focus on the equity, diversity and inclusion of Black and Black heritage people within the University of Bristol and local area through a number of projects funded by the EPSRC research council.
