Rev. the Hon. F. G. Pelham

Reverend Francis Godolphin Pelham, briefly 5th Earl of Chichester.

Born as the second son of 3rd Earl of Chichester and as such not expecting the title he went into the church. But his brother, Walter, the 4th Earl, with no issue, predeceased him in 1902. On his death 3 years later his son Jocelyn succeeded to the title.

Rector of St Marys Lambeth 1884-94, rector of Buckhurst Hill 1894-1900, Vicar of Great Yarmouth 1900-03. He was also a Canon of Bangor Cathedral.

Trustee of the Lambeth Hayles Estate development in 1894.
