Lord Mayor 1893-4. According to he so impressed the Belgians during a state visit that they named a street in Antwerp in his honour as 'Rue lord mayor Tyler' but GoogleMaps knows nothing and Igor Foerier, our Belgian consultant, has researched and find no proof that it ever existed, pointing out that Flemish is the language used in Antwerp so they would not name a street "Rue" anything. Died at home in Earls Court. Our picture comes from an auction site and is an oil painting by Benedict Hyland, photographed at an angle.
