Plaque

Foyles - David Attenborough

Inscription

The most ferocious thing I have ever encountered in any trip abroad is not a snake or even a charging rhinoceros, but the predatory immigration official.

Site: Foyles (2 memorials)

W1, Tottenham Court Road, Foyles bookshop

We found these two plaques in the basement, near the lift and stairwell.  There may be others elsewhere in the store - if you find any please let us know - too late - reports (2014) that Foyles are moving again, a few doors down Charing Cross Road.
